That seemed like a coaching game.

Why did we stop running the post pick and roll with Silas and tarris? They never had an answer.

Prob a game to play Malachi and Silas together. Malachi prob has the size and speed to stay in front of James.

Maybe have Mullins stop shooting 3s when he is 1/10.

Did not get to watch the game but was following on my phone. Yikes. We need to shake this off and take revenge on the entire conference in the BE tournament. For just about the entirety of Big East conference play we have not looked like the same team we were out of conference.

It seems clear that this team really needs opponents that catch their full attention. We can talk about playing for a share of the regular season title, road game environments, etc, but they just play far too many close games against teams that just aren't very good. Then you watch them play against the big time opponents on their schedule and it is totally different. Mind boggling really.

Two horrible, inexcusable losses this season. Lost the Big East title and 1 seed in the NCAA Tournament. I really need to think of a worse loss in the last 30 years with so much at stake. They definitely thought Marquette would phone it in today. Embarrassing. Can't wait to hear what Hurley says. This team seriously lacks toughness.

Well, I thought that Creighton loss then the turnaround was what this team needed. But man, they are frustrating and just not as locked in as they should be.

They can definitely still win it all, but these losses are awful. Especially after a week and a half break and 2 big wins.

Terrible game by Danny. Did not get the guys ready at all. Will be suspended probably for the first BET game. Just no subbing pattern, poor use of TOs. Poor all around and this falls on Dan.
A shoutout to Ross for playing hard at least. AK with a milk carton game

I hate this league. No other teams do anything out of conference. We get like 3 opportunities for good wins and the rest of the teams are landmines that if we lose to them (which happens!) it just nukes our season.
This… need to drop to 18 games… it’s a slog and inevitably over 20 games you’ll lose a couple to mediocre teams and it hurts you. No excuse for how they played today, but agree

That was just horrible. Shows we can really lose to anyone. Scary. I don’t think they’ll suspend Hurley for one game at MSG but it wouldn’t be wrong if they did

Silas was fine today- it was UConn’s no offense against a decent zone. Guess what opposing teams will throw against UConn in the tournament? Mullins couldn’t hit anything from outside today. A lot went wrong today. Loved Ross though- he is showing his talent.

looked at the box score

the team didn't show

disappointing, but just not shocked, I don't know what to think

I’m not going to pile on, as I’m sure many others will do that. Suffice it to say, they lost a game they should have easily won. This is a good team, but not a great one. Likely a Sweet Sixteen team at best and with some luck, maybe an Elite Eight team. But not an NC contender.
