BYU gets down big. Then goes on a run and gets close in the 2nd half. But eventually falls short and loses. I think I've seen this movie a few times.

This would have been an epic day for the ACC if Siena had won.

It would have been reasonably similar to 1979. Only 40 schools made the tournament back then, so one seed UNC and two seed Duke both lost their opening games, which were in the second round. To make matters worse, both games were in Raleigh.
