Nick Martinelli- Northwestern is such a great and crafty player.
If he was on a better team he would definitely be a First Team All American
He has a bit of Cam Spencer in him. I enjoyed watching him play.

There's some really great players who play in the Chicago suburbs and fall through the cracks/don't get recognized out of high school like they should.

He's awesome.

about that Big12 Championship grey court ...
I don't like it. I am hearing more sneakers squeaking on the glass court than when the game is played on the regular hardwood.

NM, do you really think the BE is good this year?

You have never posted an original thought on this board. We all get where the Big East is this year, but somehow we manage not to make the same anti-Big East post 10 times a day, unlike you. Also unlike you, we don’t claim the Big Esst is a mid major, since it isn’t.

But if you hate the league so much and are convinced UConn is doomed, just do us a favor and pick a different team to crap on and torture that fan base instead of us.

Love him, love that he's a lefty EYE-talian.

I don't hate the BE buddy, I am concerned for it's direction and how it impacts Uconn. Hate is not the appropriate verb. Concern is.

I think the term you’re looking for is “undefined”

2-0=2

2 is a finite number and that’s how much more experience in years GMac has than Autry had.
No. Two, divided by zero, is infinite. Imagine if GMac had 0.1 years of head coaching experience. Then it would be 20 times as much. If it was 0.01 years, it would be 200 times as much. As that number trends towards zero, the ratio goes to infinity.

A) You’re wrong. If 2 divided by zero was infinity, then zero multiplied by infinity would have to be 2.

B) This is a really meaningless conversation that doesn’t impact my initial point you responded to at all. In your world, a coach with 1 day of head coaching experience has “infinitely more” head coaching experience than someone with zero and thus is far more qualified?

That should be DePaul's bread n butter

Bubbles popping all over. Cincinnati has to be out at this point, and the same goes for Indiana losing to Northwestern.
Mediocre P4 teams biting the dust brings me tremendous joy.

Are you knuckleheads going to force me to invoke calculus on a UConn basketball message board?

The limit of 2 divided by X, as X approaches zero, is infinity.

Anything divided by zero is undefined.

Those are not the same thing.

Even this is not true. 2/-1=-2. 2/-.5=-4. 2/-.1=-20.

You can extract limits at infinity or -infinity (or anything, really), but you have to specify exactly how X is approaching zero. It is exactly the fact that you reach different limits by approaching along different paths which makes the outcome undefined.

You're not the only one. But he was funnier when Cronin was at Cincy and at least competitive.
I get the sense we won't be seeing him for a while. It's hard to puff your chest out as well as disparage UConn when the 2 programs are in polar opposite directions right now.

Miami OH up on UMass 71-69 with 6 minutes left. 😶

edit TIE GAME 71-71 with 5:21
