If we join the MAC I will never go to another UConn game. An occasional game or two on the schedule is enough.

so you think seeing tulane is somehow better than seeing toledo? ok

Tulane or Toledo
Bomb vs torpedo

I do think that football will not align in a conference but go an indy route...no MAC conference...but maybe on schedule

It might be a better fit for Buffalo to join the A10 as a full member and The Alliance for football.

UB is 21,600 undergrad. UB Stadium is 25,000.

Petition to support Buffalo to the AAC...

I think Buffalo to the AAC would be good for both of them. The AAC views things differently.

From what I read...there doesn't seem to be a plethora of good choices, in terms of added value, for the AAC to fill with.

Plus, the overall uncertainty over the next generation of media contracts as the traditional players fall (ESPN, etc.) and new players arise (Amazon, Apple), the AAC may just hold onto the status-quo and see may be taken or shaken lose by the next round of conference realignment as a result of the new media contacts in the mid 2020's.
