What really sucks is the Wolfpack men and women both play at the same time Friday. IMO the men’s and women’s tournaments should be scheduled differently to maximize viewership instead of competing against one another. But if you’re going to play the same days could we at least try to schedule the same school at different times ? That’s brutal.

Unfortunately for State, the Men play at 7 on Friday, and the Women play at 7:30. Gonzaga's Men play at 7:39 Friday, and the women play at 10pm Friday. Depending on who wins on Thursday Night, the UCONN men could be playing at the same time as the UCONN women on Saturday.

NCSt is thru, and tonight’s UConn-Duke winner will be the other.

Slightly OT, but Minnesota State’s men’s and women’s teams just won the D-II basketball championships. So UConn can no longer claim to be the only college to do it, just the only school to do it at the D-I level or the one to do it more than once.
