Lynx @ Storm - 8/16/17

Storm have led most of the way in first half. Bench getting major minutes. Sue not suited up. KML is a rebounding machine tonight.

Seattle up 26-25, 6 minutes left Q2

Too many missing players for both teams, and that number seems to be growing. This one may come down to which team has the deeper and more skilled bench.

51-49 Lynx start of the 4th.

Loyd on the bench with Stewie, after the former ND superstar took about ten bad shots in a row. Seems to be a habit with her.

Maya's shot has been off, but she hit a go-ahead trey inside 3 minutes, then made a baseline jumper to expand the lead at 1 minute left. Points are hard to come by.

Seattle got the lead when Langhorne picked up a block and scored. Maya forced a corner jumper with time left and Sylvia couldn't score on the rebound. Seattle gets a much-needed win by 1.

Lazy Langhorne, the old lady that needs to be replaced assap

how many bad shots did Stewie take... seems her percentage was worse than the former ND superstar

Haha - guess she just seemed like a "rebounding machine"'for a couple minutes there.

Good "W" for the Storm and their interim coach - they're in the top eight (playoffs), for the moment anyway..

It is true that the Storm played some tough (for them) post defense and really harassed Fowles but in doing so, they left alot of really open mid range shots that the Lynx just missed. Never seen so many open misses from 15 ft from Mya and Seimone who are usually automatic. Still, good confidence builder. Should sneak into the playoffs. :)

The announcer said KML was a good rebounding guard.

those announcers are always reckless with their mouths... hear it enough we tend to believe it
