New York Cosmos were a fax away from destruction

That's a pretty cool story about how Rocco Commisso came to be the owner of the Cosmos. Also interesting to see how the team that almost destroyed the league ended up saving it. Amazingly they have TV again this season but are no longer with One World Sports. Apparently most of their matches are on MSG.

USL to launch new Division 3 competition in 2019

USL to launch a third division league. Will be the likely home of USL teams that can't meet D2 standards and MLS Teams looking to cut costs on their reserve squads. Could be a landing spot for successful PDL and NPSL teams. The good thing with this plan is that they finally have enough sense to regionalize.
