If Lou had been able to play last year with Paige, IMHO, our FF streak would still be in tact. Imagine the damage that pair could have inflicted!

Many of us on the BY opined last year about being cheated of watching Paige and Lou play together.

The idea of a healthy Paige, Lou, and Azzi playing spots 1-3 would’ve been a thing of beauty. The first 6-8 games of last year showed Azzi’s potential. Lou was a knockdown shooter. And Paige is Paige. The potential was there for a potent perimeter attack. Aaliyah and Dorka would’ve had so much room to work in the post too. What could’ve been!

As much as I love Uconn's players and the team's playing style, it speaks more to me of the type of women who are recruited and play for UConn. Although Lou was here for only one season, she is forever a Husky at heart and emblematic of the wonderful ambassadors for UConn's WBB. From Lou, to Dorka, to Evina - the list goes on and on.
