Gabby obviously takes the ultimate blame because the player is primarily responsible for developing skills that they will need to succeed at whatever they choose to do after leaving school. But Geno should have been, and probably was aware that Gabby lack the size to play 4/5 in the WNBA, but yet he continue to play her at that position even after he had bigger players for those positions.
