We'll get our guys but kind of wish we showed a little interest in him. Good for him.
Nope, that isn't at all what happened.Only explanation for why we never got involved was that he made it clear he didn’t wanna stay in state cause otherwise we woulda been the ideal backup for bundalo.
Then Pray tell why staff passed on a top 50 in state player at a position we’re recruitingNope, that isn't at all what happened.

Obviously. The question was Why not have a plan B for bundalo when London seems to be the ideal plan B?Because they prioritized other players.
Because they didn't want him. It certainly wasn't because he told them he didn't want to play at UConn.Obviously. The question was why? Why not have a plan B for bundalo when London seems to be the ideal plan B
K so you don’t know why they didn’t bother recruiting him even as a backup planBecause they didn't want him. It certainly wasn't because he told them he didn't want to play at UConn.
As we've discussed a bunch lately there are many reasons why UConn decides not to recruit a player. Like with Dybantsa. People are saying it was all because of NIL demands and the father but there could be other reasons. With Jemison I always thought maybe it was because of the existing roster construction.Obviously. appreciate the intel. Funny thing is I was agreeing with your sentiment but you couldn’t resist flexing on meBecause they didn't want him.
He's not even a power forward, he's a wing. My guess is Hurley and staff are very happy with the wings we already have. It's why they aren't really recruiting any wings. Jemison wanted a UConn offer.Cool flex, appreciate the intel. Funny thing is I was agreeing with your sentiment
Thanks. He’s ~6’8 and I’ve seen him listed as a PF but I agree I prefer both Adams and Mullins for wingsHe's not even a power forward, he's a wing. He’s commonly listed as a PF, but he’s really slight, under 200 pounds. I don’t see him right now as a guy that can grab tons of boards in traffic or defend bigger 4s in the paint or on the block.Thanks. Good point. Our projected bench for next year is also really solid with Adams (presumably), Ross, Abraham, Singare, but we could use a guy or two that can start if Stew goes pro ie Mullins and/or Bundalo. If we miss on them I’ll take a starter from the portal over London. He’s commonly listed as a PF, but he’s really slight, under 200 pounds. A big forward that can rebound and guard big forwards would be more useful than another perimeter guy that is more comfortable out by the three point line.Good point.
