Got a job with Barstool. Really was a shame, would have been nice to have a podcast through this season and the coaching change, but happy it is back all the same!

He recently mentioned time constraints regarding research and prep for the shows. Not everybody can fully commit without a team behind them.

I hope he lasts long term! I know it’s silly but when I see a University without a Locked On show it just screams to me that they aren’t as relevant as other big programs.

Locked On quality is very inconsistent, one team to the next. Zinnardo was awful. Unprofessional presentation and mostly gave opinions, not insights. Hope this next version is better... FWIW, there are many better podcasts (Connecticut Scoreboard, Field of 68, etc)

Second episode was genuinely ideal if it can be consistently replicated. Touched on multiple sports with a knowledgeable guest, just talking ball with no shock jock hot takes.

I assume you're referring to Mike "Mut" Mutnansky? He didn't even have the courtesy to inform viewers/susbcribers that he would be leaving. Just abruptly stopped making podcasts. No loss.
