Great weather today for the best meet every year in our state.
BTW: Aidan Puffer....Manchester High frosh....the world record holder in his age group in the 5000 meters....is running in the 1600.
Maybe a chance to work on speed?
The JI article says he has been invited to the New Balance Nationals in June...that would be a great opportunity to go against older high school runners and get his record time [14.47] down a bit.
Maybe the hotshot sprinter from Texas will be there??
