Local kid Kahlil Dukes gets first major offer

After scoring 41 in California USC offered him a scholaship on the spot, I expect more major offers to come as he will be the featured player on his CBC AAU team this summer. I have to imagine UConn has been keeping tabs on him and I hope we offer.
