Same. Had my UConn hat on @ an Akinjo hs game @ Palo Alto HS.

I know Gavin didn’t work out as planned, but what about Declan Griffiths? Who’s got intel? Is he a high major? 6’6 shooter with blood lines is always a positive but I dno enough about him otherwise

His last two offers were Ivies (Harvard, Yale), so even though Declan is a borderline/legitimate 4-star recruit, I feel like UConn wouldn't be going that direction.

I feel like Gavin was more high major and it seems we weren’t super interested then, so I somewhat assumed the same with Declan unless he was much better than Gavin

On3/Rivals had Declan Griffiths ranked #65 in the class but they now have him at #166. The only Connecticut kid ranked in the class is DJ Hawkins at #100, he has offers from Cuse, West Virginia, and St. Louis.
