It's not even hush hush. I've watched all their games it's no secret who the ME players are. Poor Bashaara starting to get frustrated, because she's avg less than eight touches a game while shooting 77% from the field. Which I would be frustrated too if the only time I'd see the ball is from cleaning the boards. This team is not use to playing with players like that, even Simmons wasn't this bad. From watching this team last year to now, some of these players look miserable. Then you have clueless Holly who is letting this detrimental behavior continue. She actually said, " You guys are not listening to me, so you can play the rest of the game without me coaching you". So Holly is hugely to blame as well as those two players.
"You guys are not listening to me, so you can go to Disney World without me."

The Ohio State will have enough talent for a Final 4. However they will need more than talent - defense, rebounding, good shot selection, coaching etc. is a big question mark
They will never make the FF until they learn to put forth some defensive effort. With some decent defensive effort they could have beaten notre dame.

tOSU and TN's game issues needing to be solved are kind of mirror opposites of each other.

Tyasha Harris dropped OSU from her list. Her finalists are Iowa, Kentucky, Purdue, Rutgers, and South Carolina.
Thanks for the update. She doesn't seem like an Iowa girl but I can really see her at Rutgers or South Carolina. I'm sure she has a lot of questions for the Kentucky staff about all the transfers.

"Harper visited Tennessee two weeks ago, and while she liked the talent, the palpable chemistry issues within the team was something Harper noticed, sources told Swish Appeal."

WOW!

Just.wow.....

The chemistry issue doesn't surprise me in the least. It does surprise me that a recruit commented about it, even privately.

Carter after last game said no one knows what's going on in our locker room except us.
Diamond also said it.

This is true but you can see it on the court- these young women are not a team, just a collection of very good to potentially great individual players. This is not the first Tennessee team to be this way and until there is a complete overhaul of the coaching & other staff it will not be the last. JMO.

Looks like Ohio State may be a little full next year.

Right now
Sr - Alston and Craft
Jr - Blair, Beech, Cooper
So - KMitchell, Doss, Hart,
Fr - Ekhelar, CMitchell, Holland, Waterman, (Pugh xfr out)

Next year, Mavunga, Calhoun and Harper all xfr in and available
PLUS McCoy, Lewis and Caretti as recruits.

Yep, that's 16. I'm sure somebody will make room. ;) Sounds a little like Baylor.

Don't forget: "...three french hens, two turtle doves and a partridge in a pear tree!"

Doesn't really matter whether it true or not. If that's the perception they give off, then recruits are gonna see/hear that.

Exactly. All the recruits need to do is watch one of their games. Perception becomes reality in that setting.

I also think it's the team hasn't played at full strength yet. Players in and out of the lineup. To play the way Holly wants. It takes more players to press and things like that. They can do some but when there is a short bench it harder.

How do Holly want to play, because it's definite she has no clue either?

I'm sure that's true, but the fact remains that a prized potential transfer saw indications that something wasn't good - she didn't have to know exactly what it was before forming an opinion that the scene in Knoxville wasn't for her

I feel Ohio State is going to be sensational but all these good players transferring and recruits signing have me wondering. Do yall buy into kids wanting to play at OSU??

Not sure what you are asking me to buy into. That they are doing well recruiting both HS kids and transfers is a fact which implies that they want to play there. What is not yet clear to me is why, and what the resulting product will be - early days with a new coach.

I knew why UNC was attractive, I can understand why TN retains a certain cachet, or what attracts folks to Duke, Stanford, ND, and Uconn - I am not yet sure of what Kevin is offering.

I was thinking it's his style of play he allows his players freedom. They have this fast pace uptempo style where they put up shots fast. I think once the Defense gets better and dicapline comes a factor they will be an elite team that would be good for years to come
