USF's Jose Fernandez talked about improving his team's OOC schedule after being passed over by the NCAA selection committee. This year's OOC schedule includes: Villanova, UT Chattanooga, Maryland, Oklahoma, Illinois, Kentucky, St John's and Penn State.
