That's incorrect. Spoelstra was the head coach when Lebron joined the team in 2010. Riley was in the GM role by that point.

We're trying to be, but it's also fair to note she's joining a team that will be scrutinized a lot because of their situation. I want things to go well because she deserves a chance to show what she can do at this level.
