Likeliest OOC Loss? (Will delete thread if collective mojo demands it)

Which OOC game are the dogs likeliest to lose (If the pragmatists among us are to be believed)?

While they are being ranked higher than us, I do like our roster/team better.
FWIW the one good thing Gary Parrish did is ranked Florida behind UConn. 😀 ESPN has Florida at #2 and UConn at #4.

If I’m doing my early season rankings, I’m giving Purdue the nod given they have their holy trinity all back for their senior year and with the addition of the Israeli. I think they are very beatable but will honor the retention after getting to the S16 in a close loss to Houston.

Maybe I give Sampson the very slight edge over us after reaching the finals. It’s debatable. Then we should be squarely at 3 at lowest. Some of these other teams are all way too hard to project from a chemistry end (StJ, BYU, UM, UF) given they have entirely new units in core areas.

Me too. They got my vote.
But they did closet in the series to beating Kansas and lost by only 4 points on the road. We have a lethal (and hungry) group this year so maybe it'll be easier than we think.

Florida is massive they have 5 guys 7 feet tall, one who is 7'9". Their backcourt will be stellar, but I think we are better and slightly deeper than they are in the backcourt.

So will they be coming to see us twice over the upcoming years? Or was one just a road game and the other a home and home series?
Don’t even get me started on this topic. I broached the idea of why were we playing them on their home court and them not returning the favor the following year.

Yeah I got toasted on this board for that thought.

And here we are again playing second fiddle to this clearly inferior program.

Can someone explain why we are playing @ Kansas again after playing there in 2023?
The game in 2023 was part of the Big East - Big 12 challenge. Must be the 100th time this has been explained. Now we have a home and home with them

RuffRuff has the answer above.
