Wondering why Leticia didn't have to sit out one year. Not objecting, just curious.

It appears that FSU was granted a waiver for some extenuating circumstance. Not sure what conditions FSU used in the request, perhaps the issue or time involved with the previous release, maybe some hardship that would affect her international play, perhaps a family issue, maybe a combination of all or something totally different. People in the past have applied for waivers and got them, usually it's a sick family member involved in the request.
