The sit out rule no longer applies regardless the number of times a player has transferred. The windows may be applicable, however with the way the NCAA is going, I doubt they'll hold fast to these "guidelines" much longer. What is unfortunate is that these athletes have gone through a process to select a new team and won't play for the coach who recruited them.Don't quote me on this, however if there is a coaching change, the players may not have to sit out if they choose to leave. In CFB, players have a 30 day window.
NCAA allows transfers to be immediately eligible, no matter how many times they've switched schools
NCAA athletes will be immediately eligible to play no matter how many times they transfer — as long as they meet academic requirements.
