Let me get this straight, Diaco balked on Kill???

Are we really talking about Jerry Kill here? The guy who can't go more than a few games without having major seizures on the field? It was terrifying to watch him at Minnesota. As much as he is loved he has major health issues that he could not appear to control to any degree. Maybe there would be less stress as an OC but who knows.

Every coach gets fired. Bob's career is far from done. He isn't getting a head coach job anytime soon, but that's true for a lot of guys. He can make close to a million a year as a DC. He is still well thought of in coaching circles.

UConn's image as a place you can win took as big if not a bigger hit than Bob did.

If the next guy doesn't turn it around we are all of a sudden BC in a mid-major conference

What really sucks is that he signed with Rutgers... Can't blame him for taking a job tho. He wanted to be here... over NJ. Says a lot. Diaco is an even bigger idiot than I thought.

Can you imagine if we brought in Al Golden or Schiano as HC then got Jerry Kill as OC??!
