#1 in world Rahm...won Masters...only player now in mix for 2023 Grand Slam
Jordan Spieth...going for career Grand Slam...has won the other 3....coming off
hand injury...not in his best form.

Whoops! Play delayed due to....FROST prediction.

BTW I live in the Adirondacks...not too too far from Rochester. We had a bit of
weather yesterday....snow! Good luck to Rochester...their forecast really isn't bad for
the 4 days...a shaky start nonetheless.

I've been hitting a 200 -300 balls every other day. Its coming along very good.

Conditions pretty benign on day 1 after the late start due to frost.
A few players did not finish due to darkness. An early start for them Friday.

Course played tough despite overall nice conditions.

Eric Cole at 5 under...a few holes still to play.
DeChambeau at 4 under...66...leader in the clubhouse. Looks like
a different person...lost weight and some upper body muscle mass.
Still bombs it...maybe more flexible?

Not many under par...world #1 Rahm at 6 over 76...a bit of a shock.
World #2 Sheffleur in great shape at 3 under.

Should be a fun weekend!

3 way tie at 5 under: World #2 Sheffler....Canadian Conners...up and 'comer Hovland.
Many are within range....very few under par.

Showers expected today: course will play longer...fairways wider...already tough rough
will be tougher...weather may allow more target golf to greens when you are in the fairway..
hope for some wind to annoy them.

Brooks Koepka wins it by 2 on a beautiful day in Rochester....9 under....72-66-66-67...the 66 on Saturday was in brutal
conditions.
Scheffler and Hovland tied for second.

EveryMan's hero Michael Block...club pro from California...kinda stole the day.
Finished T15...quaifies for next year's PGA. Crowd loved the underdog...especially
when he got a hole in one on 15. I can't find an ad-less video of this....help?

He did not realize it went in till he walked half the hole. He kept say 'no way' to McElroy's claim on the tee.
Great story! Awarded an exemption to next's week's tourney. Week of his Golf Life....hope he handles it as he did on Sunday.

Next men's major : U..Open at Lo Angeles CC in June.

Next women's major: U.S. Open at Pebble Beach...good job by PB to offer their course to the women!

Incredibly bizarre deja-vue happening on hole 16 in Rochester...to Conners on Saturday....and Hovland
on Sunday...led to double bogeys...realistically ended Hovland's chances....don't know if there are specific
videos of their weird doubles
