[Kolumbo]

Stage 16 - Philippe Gilbert came in a little hot descending the Col de Portet-d’Aspet in the lead. He completed the final 60 km, which included two climbs, with a busted kneecap! He did not start Stage 17.

 

[Palatine]

Wow, the descent on Stage 19 was one of the best things I have seen on TV. The cliffs, the fog, the yellow jersey group fighting it out. It was like watching a virtually reality roller coaster. Just a thrilling race down a mountain.
