Le Moyne Joined the NEC Conference

Le Moyne is transitioning its programs to Div. 1 which fills a void in the NEC created by the departure of St. Francis Brooklyn.
It left the NEC after 2022 because it dropped athletics.
Le Moyne has long been a lacrosse power at the Division II level, earning seven men's and women's National Championships in the sport.

Bridgewater, NJ -- Le Moyne College has accepted a membership invitation from the Northeast Conference (NEC) Council of Presidents to join the conference effective July 1, 2023, it was announced today by NEC Commissioner Noreen Morris and Le Moyne President Dr. Linda LeMura.

Le Moyne doesn't have any players over 6'1" while the University of Colorado is loaded with height.
A local side note is that Le Moyne has a transfer from the University of Hartford Hawks, Brianna Williams.
Somehow Div. 2 Le Moyne managed to only lose to Syracuse by 3 points last year, 73-70.
They must have caught Syracuse off guard in their 1st game of the season.
