The latest rumor out there is:

Missouri, West Virginia, and Florida State to the SEC

UConn, Rutgers, and USF to the ACC.

Louisville and Cincinnati to the Big 12. And then Notre Dame to the Big 12 as a partial member(limited football schedule, full member in all other sports).

If true, all of the Big East schools end up happy and there is no threat of lawsuit. Sounds like a great end result for everyone!
