UConn women's basketball held media availability on Friday and Griffin talked about her process of recovering from injury and what she wants to accomplish this year.

her comment at the beginning was intriguing: she said the chemistry is improved from the start of last year. i guess us fans don't know all that's going on: that things aren't always rosy at werth.

i believe that chemistry is critical for the team -- and i have the vibe that it hasn't been as wonderful as it should have been recently.

but this year could be different ... geno seems very much happier now.
