92-59. 2nd half was a laugher.

26 for Stewie, 19 for Loyd, 15 for Canada, 10 for Clark, 5 points/7 assists for Bird.

Wilson only player in double figures for the Aces.

Holly: “Sue Bird – undefeated in WNBA finals”

Sue: “Undefeated after the first round of the playoffs, actually.”
(“Whether we got to the finals or not”)
I think they went 2-1 in 2004, so that appears incorrect (unless Sue missed the loss). But Sue is 11-1 in Finals.

Edit: It's correct in winning 4 series in 4 tries. They also won 11 of the 12 Finals games.

The championship finals was a laugher. The Aces never had a chance. They had a great run, but this was not their year.

Tuck gets a ring every time she plays with Stewie: NCAA, WNBA, FIBA World Cup.
You have it backwards. Stewie gets a ring every time she plays with Tuck.

That’s funny Don, you should do “stand up.” :D Haven’t you heard, Stewie is a “ring magnet,” ;)

Good morning. Like this quote from Sue Bird that I cut and pasted from the NY Times article on the Seattle win:
"Bird said her team’s best quality was its “chill” collective personality.

“We’re actually kind of made for a ‘Wubble,’” she said, using the nickname for the W.N.B.A.’s bubble while accepting the championship trophy.

Here's a link (I don't know the subscription police will be up and running.)

Congrats to Stewie and Sue (4 titles with one team...wow!) and all the Storm.
Here's an interview Holly Rowe had with Jewell, who was asked about her relationship with Kobe Bryant. Very heartfelt.

A little love for ND. They were the school with most players in the WNBA Finals.

Unfortunately for them the team with 3 UConn players (and 1 ND) beat the team with 3 ND Players.

Would be very cool if Stewie or Sue or both may find some time to come to Storrs. A real treat for the current team.

Would you like Bird to be the next head coach at UConn?
