Kyla has a walking boot on her right ankle/foot. There’s a photo on her instagram story (one from the Celtics game she was at with KLS). Hope it’s not anything serious.
Kyla is normally very sure handed with the ball and a very good passer... watching past UCONN vs Depaul games, ability to move the ball up court with passing (as opposed to dribbling) is an important element.Hope it’s nothing big. The DePaul game might be one where her role might not be as needed as some others, absent foul issues or short breathers. They are usually an up and down fast paced team, seems that way again. Resting an injury might not be a bad thing.
It’s really playing D against the DePaul style and quickness that she might have trouble with. One way or the other, I hope she’s ok.Kyla is normally very sure handed with the ball and a very good passer... watching past UCONN vs Depaul games, ability to move the ball up court with passing (as opposed to dribbling) is an important element.
Is THIS the game Evelyn Adebayo steps up and plays meaningful minutes helping UConn win?
