We complain about a lot of things with the broadcasting of women's games, and I know that FS1 broadcasting this one caused some issues for some fans, but ...

How refreshing was it to have a national broadcaster not specifically affiliated with either program, take a few minutes to recap the game once it was over?! And a studio crew that talked knowledgeably about the game and highlighted not just this game but a few of the other games in progress around the women's games.

ESPN occasionally has a little filler time, but typically spends it talking men's basketball. When they have the women's studio crew involved (typically when they have more than one women's game on tap) they are great - really like Kara and Rebecca - but it happens to infrequently. And CBS is lucky to get both the opening tip and final horn before cutting away to 'more important' programming.

Yes, I think Jimmy Jackson post-game had an analysis of UConn WtBB that was excellent. I found it reminiscent of the ESPN guest analyst and Buckeye alum whose name escapes me.He also sat with Stephanie White during the Ohio State game and had good insights about the UConn program. So both he and Jackson were knowledgeable, flattering, snd accurate.

I love FS1 they cover a lot of Women's national soccer team games (There is one this Sunday, I expect you ALL to be watching) They alwasy do a great job. They should cover more WCBB.

I think I prefer LaChina Robinson over Beth Moans, Doris Homer and our own Hyuk Hyuk.

I got a chuckle from her heels on interview with Geno. I guess that unlike Lobo, he has no pull with her.

Yeah she was towering over him

I really enjoyed the enthusiasm with which Fox's Jim Jackson (Ohio State and NBA) praised UConn's play in his post-game commentary. In particular, he spoke with a genuine appreciation of Stewie's extraordinary skills. Nice to see that kind of respect from a guy who played and knows the game so well.

Speaking of Doris, I caught a few minutes of her doing a men's game and was stunned. She actually shut her mouth once in awhile and didn't seem to feel the need to fill every pause. Is it too much to ask her to do the same for a women's game?

Not to highjack the thread (I agree that FS! did a very good job) but, does FS1 have streaming?

My reason for asking: FS1 took over NHRA Drag Racing from ESPN for 2016 and (the junkie that I am) I really enjoyed following the entire race live on my computer and hope I'll be able to indulge in the coming year..

The studio guy started to say something about Geno looking stunted as they cut to the interview but it was cut short!

Yeah, I thought she was on a step-ladder!

I had to google her. I didn't know who she was. She's 6'4" but she made Geno look like he was 4'6".

You can find an App, FoxSportsGo for your tablet and sign in as a customer of your current Cable provider. You then can watch it on your tablet or via our tablet to TV.
