But one thing we need to have (That is is measurable in a short sample size ) is quality assistant coaches that work with these young men and get improvement throughout the year. Not sure if it's been the exasperating injury situation or other factors, but 2 what were considered stalwarts in the lineup are regressing ( or have regressed) and THAT is one of the most disappointing things of this year. Injuries , cant control, but effort and improvement is a personal choice. Effort is there , but mental effort has left these players.
