What exactly does he do well?? He has no idea how to work refs. He has no idea how to call a set play. He has no control over his team. The only thing he does well is pout. Your team is a reflection of your coach. In 2014 he was up and down the sidelines like a mad man.....and boy did his team play hard. This year he's like a deer in the headlights.....and guess what?? So is his team. What a horrendous effort down the stretch by all involved. RP, enjoy Europe....please left after this year.
