Kaleena has become a very solid all-around player this year. She has improved in several regards, including what has been her forte for years.

Last year, she shot 93-242 from the arc, for about 39%. This year, she has 50 threes and is shooting at about 49%.

The UConn season highs are 107 for Wendy Davis, 99 for Renee Montgomery, and 93 by Kaleena.

Kaleena's 50 in 16 games project to 119 over 38 games. (Hopefully, she will play to the NC game).

The career mark is 318 by Diana, slightly ahead of Maya. Kaleena's 143 in 54 games projects to 397 over 150 career games. Kaleena has upped her pace this year. Can she get to 400 career threes?

She sure can. Assuming 110 for this year and 100 for the next year, she would have 303 3's going into her senior season. So she would need about another 100 in her senior year to surpass the record. Very achievable for her.

she's awesome... easily a All-American this season. Im very impressed with her rebounding as well

The NY Times is impressed too. Included in the write-up was a big picture of Kaleena in action.
Good vehicle for publicity.

Not only her shooting (from everywhere) and rebounding but her overall game. Watch how quickly she keeps the ball moving when she receives a pass or how well she moves without the ball in half-court offense.

There are not five players in wcbb better than KML (not to be confused with an airline or an iconic hero we honor tomorrow), so she must be an All-American (wanted to make sure I got the right AA).

Chief, what day was that write-up in the times? Would love to read it.
