Just watching the Miss St/Ala game and their FG kicker just missed a 50 yard FG with NO pressure... With NO wind.... Temps are warm.... and he was like 6 yards short!! The funny thing is this kids previous LONG was 44 yards!!!! R u kidding me!!??? It's the Miss St kicker, but he's in the SEC!!!!! Just, Wow! I can't believe an SEac kicker with a long of 44 yards??

We are clearly not where we want to be currently, but just think how fortunate we have been over the years with our kickers here at Uconn.... Somewhat spoiled some could argue. Just thought I would throw this up on the board.... Food for thought.

Q USF highlight in 3-2-1...........

On my son's Texas high school team, our kicker routinely makes 55 yarders in practice. He's solid in games from 50. My son (a junior) averages 38 yards per punt.

I don't understand how college kickers and punters sometimes struggle with 35 yard field goals and 30 yard punts.
