The top has a comment about a few senior team members being unavailable for the European tour (un-named.) And the roster is 13 because one of the players is only available for part of the tour. This is not either the PanAm final roster or the roster for the Fiba Americas tournament later in the summer - just the players available and healthy for the early summer tour of 'friendlies'.
