They must think he has real potential. When I've seen him he's been a bit rushed, talking too fast, like he's not sure of himself in his new role. That's hard to believe with what we've seen of him and his personality, but it's a whole new world for him. If they give him time to mature and get more comfortable being himself he'll be great. Look at Donny Marshall.
