Things didn't go well, they didn't get the price they wanted and they started trying to piece meal the company off. Still didn't get what they hoped and made less than if they just sold it for the original offers and in the meantime all the senior leadership threw each other under the bus to save themselves and while they're all still in the industry, most of them are no longer on speaking terms with each other.
