No honest individual is committing to an Arkansas State or Toledo to play football with the belief that their school can win a national championship. They go because they love to play the game, they’re getting a free education, and potentially they can develop into a professional athlete. At least this tournament gives them something of substance to compete in as opposed to winning their conference and playing the 6th place ACC Finisher in The Monro Muffler Bowl on a Tuesday at 3:30 PM in December.
