All in our worst 10 year period in at least 50 years. Oh yeah, led a national search that was ridiculed and made fun of that led to the hiring of one of, if not the best football coach. A coach who reduced the amount offered (Harbaugh was offered 7.5 million, he reduce it to 5.5 million) because he didn't want to be the highest paid college coach and wanted that money to go to his assistants.
