These contracts take a few months to work all the details out. My guess is the contract will be finalized in mid to late June. All just prior to the big July evaluation period.

If we've learned anything about Warde Manuel over the past 6-18 months, it is that he doesn't like leaks, nor negotiating through the media. (i.e. "(para) I'm interviewing football coaches and the next time you see me will be at the introductory press conference"). He stated that he will open up his contract after the tournament and he will be getting a raise. Any other details of Ollie's contract renegotiation are probably not going to be known until he signs on the line which is dotted.

Exactly what I was going to say. Manuel specifically said Ollie will get a new contract. So I'm sure he didn't say it if he didn't mean it. It will get done but we won't know anything about it until it's done. No need for the public to know anything else until it's done.
