@ the guys saying we need a bigs coach. 1) only an idiot would turn down Luke Murray if he is actually an option. He is well known as one of the most qualified assistants in d1 ball. He elevates our recruiting to new heights. He brought in a 5* and two top 75 4* players in ONE CLASS. 2) coaching bigs ain't rocket science. There are tons of skills involved obviously but A LOT of coaches can work with bigs. Our lack lack of development in the Ollie era had to do with the coaches not spending time with players on film, not making plans for off-season solo-work, and poor recruiting. They didn't motivate players to improve or support them when they wanted to. Not because we had no one who understood how to coach big men. Tom Moore is a more than capable bigs coach. Look up Hassan Martin. Yeah, a guy you can point to on the staff like Kenya who has helped developed big name bigs is important. Selling point for recruits. But we can do fine without as far as developing bigs. We need the best coach available. Great thing about a guy like Tom Moore on the staff is he is an absolute do-it-all coach. Guard. Wings. Bigs. Offense. Defense. Skill development-wise he is fantastic. The business side of running a program is what was tough for him at Quinnipiac.
