and playing for one of the most team friendly contracts in the nba. if he had waited, his salary would have doubled.

Very nice column on Kemba from the Charlotte newspaper. I catch most of their games on the NBA package and the announcing team really loves him. He's playing at a very high level this season. The difference, so far, has been how consistent he's been. You'd see flashes of this last year, but he's bringing it every night so far this young season.

Was lucky enough to score a ticket through the UConn alumni group for when the Hornets come out here to play the Warriors in February. Can't wait.

Caught Kemba on an ESPN interview today and of course he was gathering praise for his great play, but he was boosting UCONN through the whole thing. First talking about his great preparation and work ethic with Calhoun, and then what a great place it was and how excited he was for this year's team. Great ambassador.
