Kelis (pronounced Kel-EES) is a guard from the class of 2025. She gave an oral commitment to UConn a while back and she’s become one of the team’s biggest fans. She’s still all in on the Huskies - I love her attitude.

Can we pleeeeeze not complain about her being a guard? And, just remember, 6-5 Gandy Malou-Mamel, also a UConn oral commit, will be in the same class as Kelis.

When we lost to North Carolina State in the 1998 NCAA tourney....maybe sweet 16 or final 8...
signed senior recruit Tamika Williams was at the game [maybe in Dayton]. She had the comment post-game
that Kelis had. Tamika said she wanted to rush from the stands and immediately play with her future
teammates to help them turn an impending loss into a W. Good attitude Kelis!
