>>GREENSBORO, N.C. - After helping the Huskies reach the NCAA Regionals for the fourth time in the last seven seasons, three UConn baseball standouts,Anthony Kay (Stony Brook, N.Y.), Willy Yahn (Sharon, Conn.) and Joe DeRoche-Duffin (Santa Ana, Calif.), earned spots on the ABCA/Rawlings Northeast All-Region Second Team, as announced by the organization on Wednesday.
All-Region teams are voted on by members of the American Baseball Coaches Association and the process is led by the ABCA NCAA Div. I All-America Committee.<<
