I would expect Stanford to play in the west region. So they'd have to play for the national championship. That certainly would be great for Uconn, Stanford and the two sisters. If this were to happen, Uconn would win by 15 points.

I say line them up.... Stanford, S.C., Baylor, N.D., Maryland, TENN and anyone else who wants a shot at UCONN. If you could only have one at bat in the MLBB who would you like to bat against? Some of the reasons why Stanford is not playing UConn have been mentioned above.
Here is one more.

Tara wants to get to 1099 before Geno. Playing UConn is a big obstacle. It is a guaranteed loss and Geno's tally creeps up as well.
Mulkey does not play us for the similar reasons. She has a chance to win 600 games, 700 games etc faster than Geno. She does not want to make it harder by playing UConn.

Normally I would say go for it regarding siblings but my feeling is that they are so close, it will really get in their heads and distort the game. Also, "on the biggest stage" to me would mean the FF and I do not think Lou would like knocking Karlie out of the tournament (especially earlier)

I would love to see it, partly for this reason! Which one is mentally tougher? (Block out the sister thing. Get them down, step on their throat! Etc. etc.) Great theater!
