Karaban=ice cold killa

That was a hammer action designed to get Hawkins open in the corner. When Miami messed up their switch & both guys followed Hawk, Karaban read it and spaced up to the slot.

And at the same time Newton made an NBA-caliber read and pass. Just a tremendous floor game from that kid last night.

That is what is overlooked- Karaban's moving to the open spot. The beauty of the play isn't just his shot but his movement just prior to taking it.
