A new nick name for this team: "The Committee". Kara on SNY Postgame Show: "They do it by committee...." Some committee huh! Everyone capable of 20 and a couple maybe far more. Superb defense always a hallmark of a UConn club, but when this team clicks it is the fastest, prettiest offensive basketball you are going to find. Also evokes that business like demeanor.

The SNY post game show was an hour long (good) but not enough highlights (bad). I guess that had to do with the fact that CBS owned the rights.

Doing it by committee is better than relying on one or two people exclusively. Injury, illness, a bad game can haunt a team that is overly reliant on 1 or 2 players.

This team is getting better every game and I cannot wait to see them play USC on Feb 13..........In 4 weeks, UCONN will be 8 deep and all healthy..........
