I saw a thread a few days ago he was considering us. Must have missed the actual commit. Don't know how I could have missed it. (wink, wink)

Sure wish we were able to edit thread titles.

He has 3 years to play 2 so he could RS if injured. Based on film and published size (6'4" 260) he is ready to play. Will be coming in January. Offers from Kansas St, and Northern Illinois

Nice... You can never have too many tight ends. I've always thought they are quite important in a balanced attack.

Jim, you are notorious for punishing posters for this. How fitting it is that you have committed such an act! LOL

Great pick up. Deleone utilizes 2 tight ends constantly, so it was important to get a game ready tight end. Pretty thin behind Delahunt and Griffin.

im not trying to start anything, but imo not all of those TE's will be back next year. we are going to have a max size class this year becuase some will not be happy with PP or pt. simple life of a new staff doing its thing, some kids will transfer just like this summer...

Thanks for pointing that out buddy. The funny thing is after reading the older thread I remember I read it. It was during day 8 in a hotel so I claim duress.

I believe that McQuillan is a project having seen him play almost every game for GHS. He played some TE in high school in an offense that featured a dynamic runningback in Jordan Brown. Then when Jordan left they moved him to QB.

JuCo QB possibility as well? A few weeks back, did UConn visit Cody Kater? Kater continues to impress while leading the Grand Rapids Community College Raiders to a 9-0 record, hitting on nearly 70% of his passes for 1,972 yards, 18 touchdowns and only five interceptions.
