Two players tied for the Most Improved Player award as UConn sophomore Josh Carlton and Temple sophomore Nate Pierre-Louis were recognized for their developed play on the court in 2018-19.

If he can keep improving and become more consistent he can definitely be a 1st team all conference guy his senior year. I hate looking ahead but I'm excited about his future.

AAC is severely lacking in big men, that donut in the middle we've all lamented could turn into a major advantage for us. We still need to recruit him some help.

I don't think they pick one player from each position for conference teams. I'm pretty sure 4 guards were on the first-team back in 2014.

Well deserved. I think he's averaged 12/8/1 the last 10 games or so this season. Had a rocky start to the AAC, but he's killed some teams recently.

One of the best stories this season, and even more so this past month, is Carlton’s improvement. I was so irritated with him early in the year and now I look forward to having him as our starting center for two more years.
