I always admired Jose, he is a professional thru and thru. I believe that he and Geno had a great relationship almost as good as Geno and Doug. Wish him the best of luck and he can turn Dallas into a great team in the W.

I'm looking forward to Jose getting more exposure than he did at USF. I think he'll be especially well-suited to coaching a young team his first couple of years. Let's hope he has input into the makeup of the team. Paige, Siegrist, and Geiselsoder are a great young trio to build around. Those are three players who, as he said, want to be coached.
