Don't be surprised if it's coach Yo. Barker was high on her. Plus next class. She's recruiting WilliamsObviously the question now is what direction does Georgia go for their new coach?

I think a "package deal" that her husband would get a spot on the A&M staff is more likely.I don't think it's already convinced. But if Barker opts out her intent. Joni will be one of the first to call.
It's not a factor. Money is. It's just possible.I think a "package deal" that her husband would get a spot on the A&M staff is more likely.
When Schaefer left Miss. State for Texas, his signee DeYona Gaston asked to be released from her LOI. She then signed with Texas. That type of scenario is pretty common these days. I just don't believe that Janiah Barker possibly switching from Georgia is one of the factors as to why A&M hired Joni; that's a bonus if it happens, but certainly not a reason for the hire, IMO.
And I think A&M did the promising. Not Joni lol. It had to take serious money for her to leave first and foremost.I think a "package deal" that her husband would get a spot on the A&M staff is more likely.

Well, Joni's new contract extension one year ago included a $100,000 raise to $850,000. That's pretty good for someone who's never advanced to the Sweet 16. If A&M is paying her more than $1 million, they are foolish. And I think A&M did the promising. Not Joni lol. It had to take serious money for her to leave first and foremost.
If I had to think of anything else. The NIL could be another reason. A&M knew they get a good recruiter with Joni. So eventually. NIL will become a factor. Especially how much they put out in their football class.
Apparently, Janiah Barker has removed all Georgia-related content from her InstagramJaniah Barker posted Joni's hiring announcement on her Instagram story. That would make me think she might be going with her.
She not feeling Coach Yo?Apparently, Janiah Barker has removed all Georgia-related content from her Instagram
Love it for the coaches though. Get paid. Now how they will do. Ehhh. We'll seeLOL at multiple sec schools poaching each other’s coaches
Yea...feels like dating a relative. That's what someone told me. lolLOL at multiple sec schools poaching each other’s coaches
SEC has long been very incestuous in hiring each other's coaches and A.D.sLOL at multiple sec schools poaching each other’s coaches
Maybe Coach Jumper is available?Obviously the question now is what direction does Georgia go for their new coach?
Don’t think she would leave. Now does Ole Miss go after the Jackson State coach?
I think she should have a bigger job that Ole Miss. A really good coach. Now does Ole Miss go after the Jackson State coach?
Yeah, I'm trying to understand Joni's reasoning for choosing to go to A&M. She has no (family) ties to A&M or the state of Texas that I'm aware of. Her program at Georgia is currently in better condition than A&M, and better player talent (current and incoming).
Since she's staying in the SEC, it can't be about the competition being too tough.
It has to be about the money.
Ole Miss gonna have to do some convincing and drop a bag she may not resist. She made some strong statements post game of LSU. Statements I love btw. I pray for her success wherever it lands. So, does the Jackson State coach apply for the Ole Miss position?
